Meet the Herbalist
Stephanie Vazquez Adames is a bilingual, New York-based Clinical Herbalist with a passion for and background in education.
She has 3 years of formal training in Traditional Herbal Medicine, with an intensive clinical work component from ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism. Her education in botanical medicine includes training in Traditional Western Herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Vitalism.
Through their close work together, Stephanie’s clients obtain greater inner and outer balance via dietary adjustments, medicinal herbs, and the building up of foundational lifestyle habits. The result is optimized health.

Initial Consultation
Start Here! A 2 hour session where we discuss your health history, current lifestyle, and health goals. A personalized health protocol is provided, along with close support, to guide you in reaching your desired health outcomes.

Follow-up Consultation
A 1 hour session to check-in on progress made since the initial consultation, make changes to your protocol if needed, and address any new health goals.

3 Session Package
A 2 hour initial consultation where we discuss your health history, lifestyle, and health goals. A personalized health protocol is provided. This package additionally includes 2 follow-up sessions at a discounted rate.

Fertility Education Package
Three 1 hour private classes where you’ll gain a deep understanding of the phases of the menstrual cycle, fertility awareness and tracking, and individualized assistance in troubleshooting your cycle.

Preconception Education Package
Three 1 hour private classes where you’ll learn the ins and outs of preparing to conceive. Package includes preparation of the body, mind, and spirit, as well as the technicalities of timing, and individualized guidance in optimizing fertility.
Workshops

Looking to include more medicinal herbs in your cooking, or to build your own herbal first-aid kit? Schedule a workshop to learn how to do exactly that!
Herbal medicine-making workshops teach participants how to prepare herbal teas, tinctures, salves, dishes, or any other chosen botanical preparation.
Workshops can be arranged for group events, or 1:1 training.

Interested in learning about Winter Wellness remedies or how to conduct Spring Cleansing in a balanced way? Looking for a clinically trained herbalist to teach about a particular health topic of interest? This workshop is for you!
Workshops may include but are not limited to:
Wellness talks surrounding any of the 4 Seasons (Winter Wellness, Spring Cleansing, Building Immunity in Fall, Finding Balance in Summer, etc). Workshops include practical tips and relevant at-home preparations.
Managing metabolic health issues (high blood pressure, elevated blood sugar, elevated cholesterol, etc).
Food and Nutrition education.
Movement and exercise education.
Flower Essence education and recommendations for particular mental/emotional states.
Understanding and using adaptogens in a stressful world.
Plant Intelligence and connecting more deeply to the natural world for increased wellbeing.
